Furthermore, the Foundation will not share or sell individual donor information to third parties at any time.
The Army Scholarship Foundation also honors the privacy and confidentiality of all scholarship applicants. While application for a scholarship implicitly includes permission granted by the applicant to the Foundation to publish his/her name, photographs, and brief biographical information on our web site, in press releases, etc. if he/she is awarded a scholarship, the Foundation will not publicly release or sell individual applicant contact information to third parties at any time.
The Foundation will only use the information we collect from our donors and our applicants for internal purposes. This policy is subject to change, and this policy will not prevent the Foundation from releasing information required by the Internal Revenue Service for us to participate in national, state, and local giving campaigns, or to comply with other national or state regulations or laws.
Donors and applicants having special privacy concerns or requests should contact the Foundation directly.
